3)      Clique em [Create account]

4)      Preencha o formulário "CREATE ACCOUNT" e clique em "Create account"

5)      Você receberá um e-mail do isfus2017 (isso normalmente ocorre em alguns minutos Se você não receber um e-mail, tente um endereço de e-mail diferente, verifique sua caixa de spam, ou entre em contato conosco pelo isfus2017@gmail.com)

6)      Ativar sua conta usando o link neste e-mail

7)      Para terminar o sua inscrição, tem de preencher o formulário de inscrição!

8)      Retornar para https://isfus2017.sciencesconf.org/

a)      Clique em [Login]

b)      Login para Scienceconf.org com seu login e senha

9)      Clique em [My registration], que está em Registro no lado direito da página

10)   Preencher o formulário de inscrição

a)      O Verifique se o seu Nome, Sobrenome e Nome do meio são exatamente o que você deseja imprimir no seu Certificado de presença.

b)      O Clique em [Overview] para verificar as informações

11)   Na tela Overview, clique em "submit"

a)      Ignore esta página! Seu registro está completo

12)   Pague o sua inscrição (participantes brasileiros)

a)      Voltar à página inicial do ISFUS https://isfus.wordpress.com/

b)      Clique no botão [FUNAPE]

c)       Preencha o formulário

Registration

 1)      Create account on sciencesconf https://isfus2017.sciencesconf.org/

 2)      Click on arrow next to [Login]

3)      Click on [Create Account]

4)      Complete the “CREATE ACCOUNT” form and click on “Create account”

5)      You will then receive an e-mail from isfus2017 (this normally occurs within a few minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail within a day, try a different e-mail address, verify your spam box, or contact us at isfus2017@gmail.com

6)      Activate your account using the link in this e-mail

7)      To finish your registration you must complete the registration form!

8)      Return to https://isfus2017.sciencesconf.org/

a)      Click on [Login]

b)      Login to Scienceconf.org with your login and password

9)      Click on [My registration], which is under Register on right side of page

10)   Complete the registration form

a)      Verify that your First name, Last name, and Middle name are exactly what you want printed on your Certificate of Attendance.

b)      Click “Overview” to verify information

11)   In Overview screen, click [submit]

a)      Ignore this page! Your registration is complete

12)   Pay for your registration (Brazilian participants)

Submissão de Resumo 

Para enviar um resumo, primeiro você precisa criar uma conta na plataforma sciencesconf, então você pode enviar seu resumo para a conferência ISFUS2017.

1)      Para enviar seu resumo

a)      Clique no link a seguir para acessar o site de envio de resumo do ISFUS2017. Digite o site usando seu login e senha (canto superior direito da página).

b)      No menu suspenso “My Space” no lado direito da página, selecione “Submissions”

c)       Clique no botão [Submit an abstract] no meio da página.

d)      Preencha o formulário abstrato em 4 passos simples

2)      New Submission (Metadata Página)

a)      Abstracts em Língua inglesa!

b)      Title - Introduza o título da sua apresentação

c)       Abstract - O resumo consiste em um único parágrafo. O tamanho do texto está limitado a 1500 caracteres (sem incluir espaços), e que não será possível introduzir um texto maior.

d)      Type - Escolha seu TIPO DE APRESENTAÇÃO no menu -  Oral (somente palestrante) e Poster

e)      Topic - Selecione os temas que podem ser aplicados a sua área de pesquisa. Por favor, note que os organizadores podem re-alocar a sua área de pesquisa. Para seleção múltipla, mantenha pressionada a tecla Ctrl ou cmd ao selecionar itens.

f)       Key words - Indique palavras-chave relevantes, usando um ponto-e-vírgula para separar palavras-chave. Eles podem ser usados para pesquisar tópicos relacionados no site da conferência.

g)      Clique em [Next Step]

3)      Author(s) Page (Página de Autor(es):

a)      Usar o “Add an author” para adicionar todos os autores e afiliações uma a uma e indicar se são autores correspondentes ou apresentadores do pôster ou palestrante.

b)      Para o campo 'Team' você pode entrar o seu departamento.

c)       Não preencha o campo URL.

d)      É possível alterar a ordem dos autores com as setas no lado esquerdo da tabela.

e)      Para autores com afiliações múltiplas, clique no link 'adicionar afiliação' na caixa de autor.

f)       Clique em [Next Step]

4)      File Page (Página do arquivo)

a)      Não insira nada nesta página.

b)      Clique em [Next Step] para prosseguir diretamente para o passo 4

5)      Overview Page Página de visão geral

a)      Revise seu resumo

b)      Clique em [Enviar]

Após o envio, você receberá uma confirmação automática de e-mail indicando que seu resumo foi enviado para o site da reunião do ISFUS. O comitê científico examinará os resumos para inclusão no programa científico. Por favor, note que a aceitação final do resumo está sujeita à conferência da inscrição e pagamento do autor da apresentação.

 Abstract submission

To submit an abstract, you first need to create an account on the sciencesconf platform, then you can submit your abstract to the ISFUS2017 conference. 

1)      To submit your abstract

a)      Click on the following link to access to the abstract submission site for ISFUS2017. Enter the site using your login and password (Top right of the page).

b)      In the pull down menu ‘my space’ on the right hand side of the page select ‘my submissions’

c)       Click on the button [submit an abstract] in the middle of the page.

d)      Fill in the abstract form in 4 easy steps

2)      New Submission (Metadata Page)

a)      Abstracts must be in English

b)      Title - Enter the title of your presentation

c)       Abstract - The abstract consists of a single paragraph. Note that text size is limited to 1500 characters (not including spaces), and that you will not be able to enter a larger text.

d)      Type- Choose your PRESENTATION TYPE from the pull down menu Oral (speaker only) and Poster

e)      Topic- Click on ‘Next Step’

f)       Key words- Enter relevant keywords by using a semicolon to separate keywords. The conference has no web sites.

g)      Click [Next Step]

3)      Author(s) Page:

a)      Add all authors and affiliations one by one and indicate if they are corresponding authors, or speakers.

b)      For the ‘Team’ field you may enter your department.

c)       Do not fill in the URL field.

d)      It is possible to change the order of the authors with the arrows on the left side of the table.

e)      For authors with multiple affiliations, click on the ‘add affiliation’ link in the author box.

f)       Click on [Next Step]

4)      File Page

a)      Do not enter anything on this page.

b)      Click on [Next Step] to Proceed directly to step 4

5)      Overview Page

a)      Review your abstract

b)      Click on [Submit]

 After submission you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation indicating that your abstract has been uploaded on the ISFUS meeting site. The scientific committee will then review the abstracts for inclusion in the scientific program. Please note that final acceptance of abstract is subject to the conference registration and payment of the presenting author.
